Baking Process and Engineering: on-site training programs

The Baker Pacific training programs are based on the manual “Baking Process and Engineering”. The programs are designed to suit each company’s requirements and are especially valuable for production management, engineering, maintenance and oven operators

The programs include class work with Power Point presentations, discussion and questionnaires. The training also includes on-site training by our senior engineer. This can cover trouble shooting, oven operation, maintenance, planning oven up-grades and efficiency improvements

Normally 2 – 3 modules are presented each day and the complete course can be delivered in a 5 day week.

Each of our technicians has over 35 years of experience as engineers in the biscuit industry in factories in Europe, Asia, North and South America

A complete 5 day classroom course costs from USD 4,500 (excluding travel and living costs charged at cost).
